"France From Inside" Payment and Cancelation Policy

A $500 deposit per person is required to reserve a spot for the cycling tour, which you can pay either through PayPal with your Paypal account or credit card, or with a check - please make check payable to "France From Inside" or "Allan Reeves." Once a deposit is received your reservation confirmation is complete. Final payment - remaining balance - is due 90 days prior to the start date of your tour. Final payment shall be paid by check or bank transfer. Credit card payment is possible, but an addition of 0.3% of balance for credit card fees will be added. Cancelation policy is as follows and applies to price fees per person:

• If a cancellation is made after deposit and 120 days prior to start date of tour, $250 is returned.
• Within 120 to 90 days prior to the start date of the tour all of the deposit is retained.
• Within 90 to 60 days prior to the start date of the tour 65% of the tour cost is refunded
• Within 60 to 30 days prior to the start date of the tour 40% of the tour cost is refunded.
• Within 30 days prior to the start date of the tour 15% of the tour cost is refunded.
• No refunds are available once the trip commences. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, including weather or other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason, in which case a full refund of the cost, including deposit, will be issued.
